Purchase a Flame Ram Mechanism from the skirmish supervisor. Enter the Obsidian Sanctum jumping puzzle through a mystic portal in one of the keeps in Eternal Battlegrounds. Complete the associated siege expertise achievement. Purchase flame ram parts from Roy in Obsidian Sanctum.
