Purchase an arrow cart mechanism from the skirmish supervisor. Purchase arrow cart parts from the wyvern admirer in the Desert Borderlands. Walkthrough

	Objective	Notes
1	Purchase an arrow cart token from the skirmish supervisor.	The Skirmish Supervisor can be found at the spawn of any WvW map. The Pile of Recycled Arrow Carts can be purchased for 100 Pile of Recycled Siege Equipment; gained by trading a total of 25,000 siege (of any type) to a Siege Master.
2	Purchase an arrow cart mechanism from the skirmish supervisor.	The Skirmish Supervisor can be found at the spawn of any WvW map. The Arrow Cart Mechanism is sold for 5000 Badge of Honor, 3000 Skirmish Claim Ticket, 1000 Testimony of Jade Heroics, and 25 Grandmaster Mark Shards
3	Purchase arrow cart parts from the wyvern admirer in the Desert Borderlands.	The Wyvern Admirer can be found in the northeast Red Desert Borderlands.
4	Salvage parts from the broken down arrow cart at the top of a garrison.	The Broken Down Arrow Cart can be found on the roof above the lord room of either alpine garrison (Blue Alpine Garrison or Green Alpine Garrison).
5	Complete the associated siege expertise achievement.	Complete the Arrow Cart Expertise achievement, requiring you to hit any player or siege item 500 times with an arrow cart
