Cutthroat Pirates are members of the Cutthroat Pirates found in Gendarran Fields.

Torment. - Kick - Lashes out with one foot, inflicting Crippled.
- Viper Strike - Leap to your target and cripple them. If your target is disabled, defiant, or movement impaired, immobilize them instead.
