- Get a water bucket and put out the fires — 3% heart progress
- Deliver either Rations or Shipwrecked Rations to Hungry Seraph Soldiers — randomly either 1% or 10% heart progress
- Drop off Shipwrecked Rations with Seraph Rations Specialist — 10% heart progress, independent of remaining Ration charges
- Grab a Seraph Training Sword and hit the Sword Drill Sergeant with a sword while she's not blocking. — 10% heart progress
