The Empty Quarter is a point of interest within the Free City of Amnoon. This section used to be the noble district of the city before it was hit by a vicious sandstorm and engulfed in sand. Most if not all of its residents lost their homes as a result and were relocated to an impromptu refugee camp established in the harbor, where they are staying until the district is renovated.
