Dialogue[edit]

As of May 12 2013
The Molten Alliance has been disbanded. Now's the time to turn out energies toward creating the world we want to live in. We've made a small start in Southsun Cove. You must visit us there sometime.

A small start?
Small start to a big future. Subdirector Noll is in charge there, and he reports sunny skies and beaming smiles. The refugees are learning the true meaning of community. It brings a tear to the eye.

Right. 'Bye.

Perhaps I will.
Until May 12 2013
Well hello there. Are you a volunteer? It's my honor to lead the Consortium's efforts to help these refugees. Our hearts go out to these poor, homeless people.

How can I help?
Talk to a herald in the Black Citadel or Hoelbrak. If you get as far as Wayfarer Foothills or Diessa Plateau, watch for refugee belongings. So many lost precious keepsakes along the way. They're probably snow- or dirt-covered by now, so stay alert.

Where should I look for these "snow- or dirt-covered" objects?
They could be anywhere in either Diessa Plateau or Wayfarer Foothills, depending on where the refugee came from. I wouldn't just stick to the road either. Chances are these refugees walked across country.

Got it.

What's happening?
We Consortium employees, out of the kindess of our own hearts, have put together a plan to help the refugees coming out of Diessa Plateau and Wayfarer Foothills. It's our duty to help the unfortunate.

How are you helping them?
We're bringing supplies to the refugees here in Lion's Arch and constructing a settlement for them on Southsun Cove. Everyone deserves a roof over their heads and a floor under their feet-preferably polished oak, right? Ha!

Didn't the Consortium free those karka monsters?
I must stress that Canach, the person responsible for that incident, was not a member of the Consortium. He had long since left our employment. I assure you the camp will be safe.

Why would they want to move to Southsun Cove?

I see.

Why would they want to move to Southsun Cove?
Because it'll be wonderful. They get a new start-in paradise! These are proud, hardworking people, and they don't want a handout; they want a hand up.
