This Wintersday will be full of wonder!

— Toymaker Tixx

Toymaker Tixx is a famous asuran toymaker. He owns a massive golem-shaped airship called Tixx's Infinirarium that also serves as his toy workshop. Tixx leads the Funwerks Krewe and is accompanied by his mechamagical golem named Toxx. Toymaker Tixx first appeared in Wintersday: The Wondrous Workshop of Toymaker Tixx and has returned in subsequent Wintersday festivals since.

Talking to him in Divinity's Reach gives the player a Tixx's Gift once per day.

Dialogue[edit]

In Tixx's Infinirarium[edit]

Before events begin
Greetings, celebrator of Wintersday! Welcome to my aerial lab! Toxx is around here somewhere. If you need anything, let her know.
Talk more option tango.png Toxx?
Toxx is my golem and my dearest creation. I designed her myself. Her particular circuitry has never been attempted before, but I'm confident my design is solid.
Talk more option tango.png What's all this machinery?
That's for toy production, of course. This is a toy workshop. What did you expect me to handcraft each of the hundreds of toys we produce every day?
Talk more option tango.png What sort of toys do you make?
Many sorts. I like to adapt my creations to local designs—not simply in concept, but in materials and style as well. My machines are quite versatile.
Talk more option tango.png So, you travel a lot?
Yes, when it's appropriate. Normally, my lab is docked in an undisclosed location. But if I need to travel for a special event like this one, I can simply move the entire lab.
Talk end option tango.png I see.
Talk end option tango.png I see.
Talk end option tango.png I guess not.
Talk end option tango.png I'm sure.
Talk end option tango.png Will do.

Plush Ventari[edit]

During first Plush Ventari phase
It's absurdly difficult to keep these machines in working order! If they're not back on line shortly, my entire schedule will be thrown off!
Talk more option tango.png What can I do?
Oh, good. I was hoping you'd offer to help. Destroy those tar elementals, then carry their ooze back to the machines. It's quite simple.
Talk more option tango.png Then what happens?
Then my machine should return to fully operational status, and I can deliver on my promises. I've got toys to deliver and no time to waste.
Talk end option tango.png I'm on it.
Talk end option tango.png I'll see what I can do.
Talk end option tango.png That's too bad. Bye.
During second Plush Ventari phase
Those grubby skritt intruders are mucking around with my carefully calibrated machinery. Please remove them! Expediently! Or we'll have a catastrophic meltdown. Of some sort.
Talk more option tango.png Could they really do that much damage?
My friend, I never exaggerate. My process here is a fine-tuned machine of fine-tuned machines. The slightest difficulty, and the entire schedule is bunk. I implore you, please resolve this.
Talk end option tango.png I'm on it.
Talk end option tango.png Got it.
During third Plush Ventari phase
More skritt! Don't they have better things to do than harass my toys? I'm sure there are more valuable figurines elsewhere.
Talk more option tango.png What's the problem?
The Ventari toys were created with a drive to grow plants, but skritt are stealing the plant food necessary for the process.
Talk end option tango.png I'll see what I can do.
Talk end option tango.png Seems they want yours. Good luck.
During fourth Plush Ventari phase
Oh, hmm, that's unexpected. The Ventaris' alumination matrix is overcompensating for their passivity and creating malfunctioning turrets.
Talk more option tango.png Is that dangerous?
Undoubtedly. The turrets themselves are rogue weapons, and additionally, they've turned the toys against everything that moves.
Talk end option tango.png Leave them to me.
Talk end option tango.png Got it.
During fifth Plush Ventari phase
Oh, phooey. Toxx has glitched again. If she keeps stomping around, she'll break everything on the ship! Deal with it, will you? I'm up to my ears in work.
Talk more option tango.png Do you know what happened?
Oh, I don't know. A short circuit. A faulty wire. A nonstandard fluctuating of metahypoflux goo. I can't focus on that right now. Please just take care of it.
Talk end option tango.png I'll see what I can do.
Talk end option tango.png Will do.

Princess Doll[edit]

During first Princess Doll phase
Accuracy occasionally comes at a price. I've made the princess dolls too realistic, and now they're on the verge of throwing tantrums like spoiled brats.
Talk more option tango.png What can we do?
I am terribly busy. You, on the other hand, could generously offer me assistance. Find the dolls the tributary treasure they're demanding, and they'll shut up. Eventually.
Talk end option tango.png Got it.
Talk end option tango.png Good-bye.
During second Princess Doll phase
What a mess! One of my assembly golems glitched and prematurely activated its sleep mode. Now there are unfinished princess dolls everywhere!
Talk more option tango.png Unfinished how?
They're missing their final-stage paint coat. Interestingly, the dolls seem to know it. Some are panicking, while others are hiding.
Talk more option tango.png Anything I can do?
Fetch a plasma paint cannon and color the dolls. That will give me time to reprogram the sleeping golem.
Talk end option tango.png Sounds easy enough.
Talk end option tango.png I see. Thanks.
Talk end option tango.png That's unfortunate.
During third Princess Doll phase
Those pesky rodents have returned. Quickly, exterminate them all! Ah—the skritt, that is. Not the princess dolls.
Talk more option tango.png What do they want now?
They're after that treasure you gave the princesses. The poor dolls don't stand a chance against incisors of that magnitude.
Talk end option tango.png I'm on it.
Talk end option tango.png Happy to assist.
During fourth Princess Doll phase
Oh, hmm, that's unexpected. The Ventaris'[sic] alumination matrix is overcompensating for their passivity and creating malfunctioning turrets.
Talk more option tango.png Is that dangerous?
Undoubtedly. The turrets themselves are rogue weapons, and additionally, they've turned the toys against everything that moves.
Talk end option tango.png Leave them to me.
Talk end option tango.png Got it.

Talk end option tango.png Will do.

Toy Soldier[edit]

During first Toy Soldier phase
More skritt! Don't they have better things to do than harass my toys? I'm sure there are more valuable figurines elsewhere.
Talk more option tango.png What's the problem?
The Ventari toys were created with a drive to grow plants, but skritt are stealing the plant food necessary for the process.

Talk end option tango.png I'm on it.
Talk end option tango.png Happy to assist.
During fourth Toy Soldier phase
I beg you. Would you be so kind as to discourage the princesses from riding the "ponies"?
Talk more option tango.png What do you mean "ponies"?
The princess dolls love to ride the Ventari toys, which they have deemed "ponies." Unfortunately, they tend to break them.
Talk end option tango.png Hmm, I'll think about it.
Talk more option tango.png Why do we need to prevent this?
Things have been escalating, resulting in a greater number of Ventari toys destroyed. This puts us even further behind schedule! We simply can't afford it.
Talk more option tango.png Aren't you asking us to break toys?
Well, yes. But this will send a message to the princess dolls that we will not tolerate this behavior. It will hopefully help put a stop to the fighting.
Talk end option tango.png Okay.
Talk end option tango.png All right.
Talk end option tango.png Will do.
During fifth Toy Soldier phase
Glitch! I overcalibrated the charr toys' aggression gamut, and they're attacking the gift-giving apparatus. Its destruction would ruin Wintersday!
Talk more option tango.png Could they really do that much damage?
Of course! My toys' advanced programming makes them capable of mischief. Or in this case, mayhem. They need to be dealt with, and fast!
Talk end option tango.png Leave them to me.
Talk end option tango.png Got it.
During sixth Toy Soldier phase
Oh, phooey. Toxx has glitched again. If she keeps stomping around, she'll break everything on the ship! Deal with it, will you? I'm up to my ears in work.
Talk more option tango.png Do you know what happened?

Talk end option tango.png Will do.

Plush Griffon[edit]

During first Plush Griffon phase
Accuracy occasionally comes at a price. I've made the princess dolls too realistic, and now they're on the verge of throwing tantrums like spoiled brats.
Talk more option tango.png What can we do?
I am terribly busy. You, on the other hand, could generously offer me assistance. Find the dolls the tributary treasure they're demanding, and they'll shut up. Eventually.

Talk end option tango.png I see. Thanks.
Talk end option tango.png That's unfortunate.
During third Plush Griffon phase
The erroneous behavior of the princess dolls continues to mystify me! See how they're chasing the plush griffons from their aerie? Hmm, they probably shouldn't be doing that.
Talk more option tango.png What should I do?
There's nothing to do but take their aerie back by force. Maybe the dolls will turn their attention elsewhere. I really should fix that design.
Talk end option tango.png You really should.
Talk end option tango.png I'll handle it.
During fourth Plush Griffon phase
I beg you. Would you be so kind as to discourage the princesses from riding the "ponies"?

Talk end option tango.png Okay.
Talk end option tango.png All right.
Talk end option tango.png Will do.
During fifth Plush Griffon phase
Ah, interesting! Observe the toy soldiers and their mortars. I expect this unintended hostility comes from protection protocols being too rigorous. See how they attack anything that moves?
Talk more option tango.png Isn't that dangerous?
I suppose so. If I'm calculating correctly, those mortars could destroy the entire ship if left to their own devices.
Talk end option tango.png Leave them to me.
Talk end option tango.png Got it.
During sixth Plush Griffon phase
Glitch! I overcalibrated the charr toys' aggression gamut, and they're attacking the gift-giving apparatus. Its destruction would ruin Wintersday!

Talk end option tango.png Got it.
During seventh Plush Griffon phase
Hmm, there is an unusually large amount of roosting plush griffons around. Perhaps my design is not entirely sound. I wonder...maybe a few adjustments...perhaps I...
Talk more option tango.png Shouldn't something be done?
Oh? Oh, yes, probably. The plush griffons seem to be attracted to the nests. Destroy those, and the griffons shouldn't bother us anymore.
Talk end option tango.png Got it.
Talk end option tango.png I'll leave you to it.
During eighth Plush Griffon phase
Oh, phooey. Toxx has glitched again. If she keeps stomping around, she'll break everything on the ship! Deal with it, will you? I'm up to my ears in work.

Get up there and destroy it before it damages the apparatus! Please and thank you and cherries! Now, go!
Talk end option tango.png All right.

In Divinity's Reach[edit]

Before receiving a gift from Tixx
To further my bid to become the face of Wintersday in Divinity's Reach, I will provide every person who speaks to me with a special gift!
Talk more option tango.png I'd like one! (option hidden if bag is full or received gift today; gives Tixx's Gift)
Talk more option tango.png I notice that it's snowing all over the city now. Is that your work?
Of course! My Infinirarium's festivity generators are sending wonder high into the sky over the city.
Talk more option tango.png Is that...safe?
No need to worry—it's quite harmless and in fact partially holographic. Regional ground temperatures make the risk to wildlife effectively nonexistent.
Talk more option tango.png How amazing! Is it safe to glide around up there? Asking for a friend.
It's completely safe, but I must caution your friend against approaching the Infinirarium's exterior. The high altitude and emitted snowflakes could present difficulties to aerial navigation.
Talk end option tango.png I'll pas your advice along. Have a happy Wintersday!
Talk end option tango.png That's fascinating. Thanks for lifting everyone's holiday spirits!
Talk end option tango.png It really improves the ambience. Thanks for your hard work.
Talk end option tango.png Not now, thanks.
(If inventory is full)
Talk end option tango.png I'd like one, but I don't have room in my bags.

Quotes[edit]

Greets
Well, hello there!
Clock's ticking. Not much time for talking.
You're a wacky little dolyak, aren't you.
'Tis a wound-up day, wouldn't you say?

Wintersday ambient dialogue[edit]

This Wintersday will be full of wonder!
Okay, who misplaced the mistletoe?
Oh. Oh! Oh my! I'm not brainstorming. I'm having a brain hurricane!
Cuckoo! Another outstanding toy idea just occurred to me!
