- These were once wielded mainly by servants of Dhuum and Menzies, but later came into the hands of powerful mortals, where they found widespread use. In modern times, they are difficult to come by.
- At some point, one came into the possession of the Chosen who defeated the Great Destroyer, and was subsequently placed in the Hall of Monuments, where it has been guarded by the Ascalonian ghosts there ever since. There, it waits for a hero worthy of its power.
