Escaped Prisoner Arissea is a renown heart merchant in Heathen's Hold. Help the prisoners in the area, and she will become a karma merchant.

- Lazarus turned on the White Mantle. He pillaged our treasury, and then he had us all locked up like rabid dogs. These blockheaded mercenaries are his pets now. History repeats itself, I suppose.
