Walkthrough[edit]

Pre-event

When the event is about to begin, a red Bloodstone aura will appear around the tower structure when in the immediate vicinity. Note that the red aura is always there from afar, but will not actually be present when up close if there is no event. The Champion Crazed Harathi High Sage will spawn down on the lower cliff area and make his way up the path to the ruins with an entourage of centaurs. Sometimes Event swords (map icon).png Elite Harathi Earthcallers with icons visible on the map will spawn in the watchtower with the High Sage and need to be defeated to begin the event.

Main event

The High Sage will summon the massive Earth Elemental. Defeat both of its giant hands. The High Sage will then move to the center, while multiple Crazed Harathi Tramplers, Elite Harathi Earthcallers and Fiery Tornadoes will appear and circle the area. Kill the High Sage to complete the event.

While fighting the Earth Elemental Hands (random)
Champion Crazed Harathi High Sage: Divinity's Reach will fall!
Champion Crazed Harathi High Sage: Tremble and cry!
Champion Crazed Harathi High Sage: You will not survive this, whelp!
Champion Crazed Harathi High Sage: None who stand against us will survive!
After destroying both Earth Elemental Hands
Champion Crazed Harathi High Sage: I'll show you the meaning of pain!

Notes[edit]

This event does not follow a fixed schedule, unlike the meta events in Lake Doric, and instead runs on a random timer which is different between map instances.
  • Research has shown that the event will reset on average 65-85 mins after its last occurrence in the same map instance; see the Talk page for more info and data collection.
    • There haven been reports where the reset has taken as little as 35 mins, and as long as 2 (even 3) hours, though this is uncommon and potentially caused by bugs.
  • Due to the random respawn duration and unreliable visual cues, players wanting to complete this event may consider any of the following:
    • Waiting, possibly for some time, at the Fallen Watchtower for the event to start and trying to find out when the event was last completed on the map. The safest area to wait is above or within the ruined tower structure.
    • Changing map instances, especially if one has joined an instance where this event has recently been completed or one which is about to be closed. This can move a player to a map where the event is closer to spawn.
    • Looking for groups in the LFG tool—sometimes, though rarely, a freshly spawned High Sage event is advertised there. Due to the short notice players should consider using a Teleport to Friend to get to the tower ruins.
  • To avoid taking lethal damage from enemy attacks, it is highly recommended to approach the area with a mount like a Skyscale or Siege Turtle, or in a large group.
  • Projectile destruction and reflects will drastically decrease the difficulty of the event.
