DERVs, also known as Dragon Elimination Raid Vehicles, are golem suits used by the Pact to fight the Death-Branded Shatterer in the Jahai Bluffs. They were created by the Inquest at Rata Primus and later retrieved by the Pact, however they were unable to figure how they worked until the College of Dynamics offered assistance.

As DERV suits run on Branded crystals, they have an anti-Brand synergy, enabling their pilot to resist the corruptive energies of Kralkatorrik and his minions.
