Black Lion Statuettes are guaranteed items obtained by opening Black Lion Chests, with a rare chance to get between 2 and 25 more at once, that can be exchanged for a variety of goods either by double-clicking them or exchanging them with Black Lion Chest Merchants.
Their contents usually change with the release of a new Black Lion Chest, and all Black Lion Chest exclusives are available at all times after leaving the chest. The price of the exclusives changes with more additions: exclusive items will move down the lists of available stock and into the next tab as new items are introduced over time. The mechanics are as follows:
- A new 'New Exclusive' is added to the offer after it has been in at least 2 Black Lion Chest updates.
- Whenever the 'New Exclusive' is introduced for 60 statuettes, the oldest item in the category moves down to the Recent category, costing 45 statuettes instead.
- The oldest item in the 'Recent' category is also discounted from 45 statuettes and moves into the Vintage category, where it costs between 20-40 statuettes based on its item type.

- The February 28, 2023 reworked the interface and adjusted the offers, lowering the price of many items. All former Black Lion Exclusives Chest items will be permanently available for purchase for statuettes once they leave the Black Lion Chest itself.
- The update introduced three new tabs:
- New Black Lion Chest Exclusives: Items in this category cost 60 statuettes.
- Recent Black Lion Chest Exclusives: Items in this category cost 45 statuettes.
- Vintage Black Lion Chest Exclusives: Items in this tab are priced according to their category. For example, weapon skins cost 25 statuettes.
- The update introduced three new tabs:
