Some Aging Ale Barrels are maturing in the Lostvyrm Cave, which is located halfway between Dolyak Pass and Hunter's Lake. Fight past the many wurms to sneak a swig and the challenge, though perhaps not the taste, may be rewarding.
After taking a sample from the barrel, a Cold Filtered Wurm Tincture will be placed in your inventory. To receive the hero point you must consume this item.

Someone seems to be aging a very pungent ale in this cave.
Take a sample. (Gives Cold Filtered Wurm Tincture if you have not taken it already)
Leave it alone.

- Brewer: There's that rosy-cheek glow comes from drinking my wurm brew. Good to see you looking so healthy!
