An Ancient Cave Spring flows forth in the depths of Warmspring Grotto in Solitude Vale. The path leading to its soothing waters is guarded by several Veteran Cave Spiders that would hinder your progress.

Notes

• Avoid aggro of some of the mobs by hugging the right rear wall.
• This Hero challenge and the nearby Warmspring Grotto Point of interest are not actually in the instanced portion of Cragstead, despite appearances on the map. They may both be accessed from outside Cragstead via a cave slightly north of the Cragstead entrance gate (see map on right).
