Yoal is a Renown Heart NPC located in the southern part of Quetzal Bay. After helping him deal with the krait and rescue hylek, he will become a karma merchant.

What can I do to help?
- Fight the krait! Free my captured tribesmen! Show them there is still resistance. And if you come across any spare hylek armor, please bring it to me. The krait often steal our supplies during raids.

- We live northwest, at Hazupl Grounds. Our tribe leader, Tatli, has closed our borders to outsiders. The krait have nearly destroyed us; we can't risk letting others finish the job. Please understand.

- We live at Hazupl Grounds to the northwest. Our tribe leader, Tatli, is normally...hesitant to allow travelers inside, but some adventurers helped his daughter, Cueyatl, so he is currently being tolerant.
