Getting there[edit]
From 
White Paper Waypoint — , head east toward the rocky entrance but climb up the cliff at its left instead. Drop down to the dredge platform and take the first tunnel at left. The Mastery Insight is at left within a small building.
If going from the Copperhammer Mines, follow the ramps up to the very topmost level. The Mastery Insight is located in the Dredge quarters.
