- Dropped by steam creatures after unlocking the Chronomancer mesmer specialization.
- Possible locations include the Lake of Lamentation in Lornar's Pass and Thaumanova Reactor in Metrica Province

Notes[edit]
- You don't have to use a Chronomancer character, the item will drop for other professions and specializations too as long as the collection has been unlocked.
- You may need to kill several steam creatures before the item will drop. It has a relatively low drop chance, you may get it within a couple kills, but it may also take you many more.
