Mechanics

Bug:

Range is only 360 unlike the 900 listed on the tooltip.

• Icicles home towards the nearest enemy even if you are out of combat and no target is selected.
• Will not fire projectiles if there are no targets within range but the relic will still go on cooldown.^{[verification requested]}

Patch	Changes
March 19, 2024	This relic can now only strike the intended missile targets. Reduced the power coefficient from 1.0 to 0.5 in WvW only.
November 28, 2023	This relic now shoots ice at the nearest 5 enemies three times. Projectiles now inflict vulnerability. Increased the chill duration from 1 second to 1.5 seconds. Increased the damage coefficient from 0.5 to 1.0 in PvE only.
August 22, 2023	Secrets of the Obscure release: Relic of the Ice has been added to the game.
