Patch	Changes
August 20, 2024	Janthir Wilds release: Fulgor has been added to the game. This skill now also strikes enemies in addition to the damage-over-time effect. Fixed an issue that allowed Fulgor's damage-over-time effect to be applied to WvW walls. Reduced the damage-over-time effect from 3 seconds to 1 second in PvE only.
