When you interrupt a foe, you immobilize them and gain might, then gain a random boon and inflict your target with a random condition.
This trait can only activate on enemies with defiance bars once per interval.

 Immobile.png Always—Immobilize (2s): Unable to move.
 Blind.png Blind (3s): Next outgoing attack misses.
 Chilled.png Chilled (2s): -66% Skill Recharge Rate, -66% Movement Speed
 Crippled.png Crippled (3s): -50% Movement Speed
 Might.png5 Always Receive-Might (10s): +150 Power, +150 Condition Damage
 Fury.png Fury (5s): 20% Critical Chance
 Protection.png Protection (3s): -33% Incoming Damage
 Regeneration.png Regen (5s): 650 Heal
 Swiftness.png Swiftness (5s): 33% Movement Speed
 Vigor.png Vigor (5s): +50% Endurance Regeneration

  • Skills, traits, and sigils that have bonus effects when interrupting foes will now activate when used against foes with defiance bars as though they had been interrupted, with a 3-second cooldown.
June 23, 2015 Specialization update:
  • Updated this trait to reflect the introduction of the specialization mechanic.
  • After interrupting a foe, gain 5 stacks of might for 10 seconds and apply a second random boon to yourself.
June 25, 2013
  • This trait has been moved to the Grandmaster tier.
  • This ability now immobilizes the player's target and randomly applies blind, cripple, or chill.
