White Mantle Necromancers are members of the White Mantle found throughout Bloodstone Fen and Lake Doric that wield a White Mantle Axe and White Mantle Bugle in combat. The necromancers in Bloodstone Fen are affected by the magic of the destroyed bloodstone.
