Character Bios[edit]
A Genius:[edit]
- Birth: 1301 AE
- Nationality: Asuran - College of Dynamics
- The Asura, the most Egotistical, Smart, and possibly craziest race ever to exist. The Inventors of the Asuran Gate, and many complex weapons and Artifacts. In this world of Egotistical Maniacs, One shall arise above others. He calls him self simply, A Genius. He considers himself the smartest of all Asura. He invented a Transatmospheric Converter by the time he was 12. He pursues knowledge and the understanding of the universe. For the moment however, he is trying to accomplish a great task, Defeating the Elder Dragons. To open up trade routes with other lands for the supplies he needs to build his Top-Secret Invention. (I'd tell you about it, but it's Top-Secret) I can say however, that his idea is going out of this world. Until he get can his supplies, he struggles to overcome the challenge of the Elder Dragons, he is working on a High-Tech super weapon that can penetrate the Dragon's hide, and explode it's organs through a high-powered and directed laser that builds up a heat so great even the Dragons can't defend against it. Maybe you will meet him in Tyria while he is building his weapon, maybe not. He makes his money, and gets his supplies through "secret" means, that is, Stealing, no one would ever expect an Asura could steal, but this one does.
Thon Ghul:[edit]
- Birth: 1297 AE
- Nationality: Human - Krytan
Divinity's Reach, The Last Royal Seat, The Last of the Human's Once-Great empires in Tyria. The Human's were slowly dying out, the Charr moving in, the Undead conquering, the bandits Hijacking. Amidst all of these problems, A Hero shall rise, A Hero who may, If destiny allows, save the world. His name is Thon Ghul, He was born on a backstreet in the oldest part of Divinity's Reach. He was raised by cutthroats and thieves, since his parents both died in a bandit raid on their way to Lion's Arch, but, even in those low circumstances, he managed to get a knowledge of how things work, he became an Engineer. He did some construction work, and invented a few helpful contraptions. His friends loved him, he was Charming , Handsome, and Strong. After around 5 years of working, his lust for adventure arose. He quit his job, and went out into the world, helping other people, other races, with problems in their lives. He one day hopes to accomplish something that will give him a place in History, But until then, he roams the world exploring and discovering.
Burr Flamebreaker[edit]
- Birth: 1305
- Nationality: Charr - Mesmer
The Charr, the ferocious catlike beasts who once lived far up in the Charr Homelands. When the Searing happened, the Charr invaded Ascalon and conquered the Humans Over and Over again. They tried to invade Ascalon City, but failed when King Adelbern caused the Foefire to happen. At the moment they are held up against the gates of Ebonhawke, The Human Outpost. From the Legions of the Charr, one fighter will arise above them all. To destroy the Evil Elder Dragons and retake their homelands. He currently works for the Vigil and is being put together in a team to take out Zhaitan. The members of the Team currently include: Plurme Hawkthorne, Gorg Firstalker, and possibly Forst Jawsmasher. When the team is fully assembled. They shall set out on their quest for vengeance.
Forst Jawsmasher[edit]
- Birth: 1295
- Nationality: Norn - Guardian
A Norn, One of the Giants of the world. They Think of Humans as small pathetic weaklings. Asura as Oversmart Monstrous little things. Charr as a worthy opponent, and Sylvari as a new Naive race. Forst Jawsmasher is one of these Norn, he is looking for a worthy fight to increase his Honor. He is deciding if he shall Join the Vigil - and the group they have started, or strike out on his own to defeat the Elder Dragons Single-handedly.
Gorg Firestalker[edit]
- Birth: 1302
- Nationality: Asura - Elementalist
Gorg Firestalker, an Asura, an Elementalist, and a magical expert. He knows all about how to attune Asura Gates, Fix a malfunctioning D-series Golem, and to Defribulate a Transatmospheric Coverter. He has joined the Group of adventurers in their fight against the Elder Dragons - the group is being put together by the Vigil. He has joined them only for some of the ancient artifacts from Orr that they might regain on their journey.
Plurme Hawkthorne[edit]
- Birth: 1307
- Nationality: Sylvari - Ranger
Plurme Hawkthorne, the name given to him in the Dream. He dreamt of The Shield of the Moon. When he arose he ventured slightly out of the grove, to explore some of the beyond. He came across a group of Humans, They talked to him, and he eventually went with them to explore the world. They took him to the Vigil to join with that group of Heroes. He is currently waiting with Burr Flamebreaker, and Gorg Firestalker, they are going on a quest to destroy the Elder Dragons. Plurme picked up traits and skills while he was in his dream, and became a Ranger, waking in the Cycle of Day.
