2	Gather five wildflowers for Flowering Meadow.			Timberland Holt —	The wildflowers are quite small and the collection icon only appears once you're very close to them. Progress is tracked with  Wildflower; you will not be notified when you have the necessary five. They need to be handed in at Flowering Meadow to progress. If you find a wildflower you can move away a bit and loot the same one again until you got five.
3	Deliver wildflowers and a love letter to a kodan named Winter Sky.			Blue Ice Shining Waypoint —	Talk to Winter Sky on the prow of the Sanctuary and press him to co-operate.
4	Earn Winter Sky's trust by defending the bridge to Blue Ice Shining.			Blue Ice Shining Waypoint —	Successsfully complete an event relating to the Sanctuary bridge and then talk to Winter Sky again. (either Defend the bridge to Blue Ice Shining (76) or Keep dredge away from the ice bridge repair site (76) will work)
5	Bring Winter Sky a corrupt ice shard.			Ice Floe Waypoint — or  Drakkar Waypoint —	Search around  Ice Floe Waypoint — for a Corrupted Ice Shard (bundle) on the ground, grab it and take it back to Winter Sky. You can safely use  Blue Ice Shining Waypoint — without losing or dropping the item.
6	Deliver an ice sculpture and a message to Flowering Meadow.			Harvest Den Waypoint —	Return to Flowering Meadow and talk to her.
7	Get honey from the honey-gathering event.			Apiary Holt —	Obtained after participating in Gather honey for the kodan.
8	Get healing herbs from the "Heal the wounded wolf pup" or "Heal the wounded fawn" events.				Obtained after participating in either [Group Event] Help Warming Sun heal the wounded fawn (80) or [Group Event] Help Sheltering Dusk heal the wounded wolf pup (80). Events need to be successfully completed in order to obtain the reward.

Flowering Meadow: His name is Winter Sky. Could I...could I trouble you to bring a letter to him? I cannot go myself.

Flowering Meadow: Oh, and flowers! I will write the letter now, if you would be kind enough to gather some flowers for me.

We pursued the same hart, but we only realized when our spears struck it down at the same time.

We hunted together for the rest of the spring, but that is all.

The lowlanders would not have welcomed me, and those that do not follow Koda cannot live in the sanctuary.

It is done, but I must ask a favor of you. Can you take this letter and this sculpture to her? My leg has swollen from a wound, and I cannot make the journey now.

Flowering Meadow,

It has been so long, and I was certain you had forgotten me. I have not forgotten you, and I could not if I tried. On many nights, the memory of your face is my only comfort. I like to watch the stars at night as well, but in the summer the sun does not set at all for many days.

Life continues in the sanctuary, though it is often difficult. There are many dangers, but we find safety in our numbers and our strength of will. There is food and warmth and shelter here. But there are no flowers. I hope that this will do instead.

I have spent many hours hoping for a way to be reunited with you. I will journey to the ends of Tyria and to the realms beyond, if you only ask it of me. Until then, I will be here, among the ice, thinking always of you.

• For step 6, the player receives Winter Sky's Letter in their inventory.
• For step 7, the player does not receive any honey in their inventory, the step will complete automatically after the event is completed.

Bugs:

• During step 9, Flowering Meadow does not have a collection icon above her head.
• During step 9, Flowering Meadow is not present in Harvest Den. You can find her by switching map instances.
• After collection is complete, Distant Thunder retains a collection icon above her head.
• Flowering Meadow and Distant Thunder may inconsistently appear or disappear at various stages of the achievement when they are supposed to be in the opposite state. Reloading the map may not always fix this.
