Rojan the Penitent is a norn merchant fighting dragons together with Agent Henley, Pact Researcher Darrin, Crusader Ian and a team of Vigil Crusaders. From his armor and name, he appears to be a former Son of Svanir who has seen the folly of following Jormag, and put his beliefs into following the ideals of the Vigil instead.
