Preserved Queen Bee can be obtained as a super rare drop from the Vinewrath Chest from successfully completing the Mordrem Vinewrath meta event. The Preserved Queen Bee can be changed to an infusion using the Mystic Forge.

Notes[edit]
- Grants a cosmetic aura of bees and a golden honeycomb trail when equipped.
- Displays a honey-like splash when the character dies from any form of death. Effects are not available while in PvP.
- The infusion version does not have a variant with celestial attributes.
Trivia[edit]
- Prior to the December 14, 2021 game update this item would drop contained inside of a Charged Quartz Orichalcum Amulet of the Hive instead of directly.
