Festive Confetti Infusions are a type of cosmetic infusion that can be obtained as a rare drop from successful completion of the Stop the choya piñata before it gets away! event or as a super rare drop from certain boxes. Initially obtained infusion provides a stat bonus for Vitality, which can be changed.
