November 29, 2022	This trait has been reworked. Retain the Tome of Resolve passive effect while it is on cooldown. You generate pages more quickly.
December 11, 2018	The recharge reduction of this trait has been split between game modes and will now use a 20% cooldown reduction in PvP while keeping a 33% cooldown reduction in PvE and WvW.
February 07, 2018	Fixed a bug that allowed guardians to retain their passive effects during certain activities while using this trait.
September 23, 2017	Fixed a bug that prevented this trait from applying its cooldown reduction to a few underwater tome skills.
