Mechanics

•  Ice Bullet — Heals per successful strike. Does not heal if projectiles are reflected back at you.
• This skill immediately grants  Ice Bullet, meaning you can stow and immediately use   Frozen Fusillade for its bonus effect.

• Serrated Stones — Bleeding you inflict has increased duration. Deal increased damage to bleeding foes.

Water

• Aquamancer's Training — Increase healing to other allies. Water-weapon skills gain reduced recharge.
