• A recommended farming location is near the Cantle of Sky, as you have to visit Dierdre's Steps for Dierdre's Orchard.
• Another recommended spot is Lyssa Waypoint dropped by Sparks surrounding the main level of the Temple. You can also find the other three types of elementals around the waypoint too.
• Can also be dropped from Air Elementals at Destiny's Gorge in Crystal Oasis. Go to the layer above the ground floor to find the mobs.
• Spark elementals affected by  Ley Energy, such as the ones in Bloodstone Fen, do not seem to drop this item.
• Can drop from Reward track loot boxes linked to elementals, such as Veteran Air Elemental Loot Box.
