Can confirm they drop from Spark (Elemental). The Opticalium also has a lot of Sparks, I'd imagine they drop it too but I got my drop from a Spark in Karst Plains so I can't confirm. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 73.89.160.45 (talk) at 03:12, 16 September 2017 (UTC).
Can confirm they drop from them near the Splintered Teeth in Harathi Hinterlands

Can confirm they drop from air elementals in Diedre's Steps at the top of the cliffs where you get the Cluster of Winds item. Banrigh (talk) 03:08, 3 December 2020 (UTC)
