Angry Chest is an animated chest in Mad King's Clock Tower that exchanges candy corn for achievement progress towards Court Duty: Terror of the Tower

Trick or treat! The Mad King commands you to give me candy!

Here, take ten pieces of candy corn. (gives Child's Trick-or-Treat Bag and 1% towards achievement progress)

I'm feeling generous. Take fifty pieces of candy corn! (Gives 5 Children's Trick-or-Treat Bags and 5% towards achievement progress)

I don't bow to the Mad King's Whims.
