- Logan reminds me of Snow. Hurray for Troy Baker! - Infinite - talk 08:38, 12 September 2011 (UTC)
- Snow Villiers? Poor character, but good voice acting, yes. I'd rather remember Mr. Baker from bunch of other roles than that. Mediggo 08:55, 12 September 2011 (UTC)
- I didn't notice Baker until Snow, to be honest. Not quite sure why, but he just never struck me as an interesting VA. :\ - Infinite - talk 08:59, 12 September 2011 (UTC)
- Me neither, but I've heard many people recognize him from and give credit for his other roles. Mediggo 09:36, 12 September 2011 (UTC)
- Well he did mostly anime (which I will not watch in dubbed version in the first place) and video games (most of which I will never play) so, credit due where it is, but it's obvious to me as to why I didn't know of him until FFXIII. It's still weird, as his voice is awesome to me. :P - Infinite - talk 09:43, 12 September 2011 (UTC)
- He's done a lot of uncredited and minor roles. I could theoretize that he is more known in America, because anime gets dubbed there moreoften than in Europe (or at least so I think). Mediggo 09:49, 12 September 2011 (UTC)

Just to clarify![edit]
I saw your joke(Or criticism) on the chat for that armor pic, and I'm not offended or anything, but I think you and some of the other people in the jagged horror discussion got the wrong idea. I'm not upset that Anet is introducing new minion designs, just disappointed that the old jagged horror design isn't being recycled or remade(You can't deny it was pretty great), and moreso disappointed that not a single thing about that skill nor the minion it creates implies jaggedness.--Gerroh 19:26, 16 October 2011 (UTC)
- I reckon that the Jagged Horror minion was one of the best minion skins in Guild Wars (I found shambling a tad better) but don't make a big deal out of it! ^^ it's just a minion! :D I bet you'll find other minions in GW2 with a skin equal or better than the Jagged Horror! anyhow I got your point and I didn't try to criticize you, I've made huge deals of useless stuff in the past myself so this is nothing at all! ;) I hope we're still able to be friends haha! (and after all this minion skin could be a placeholder (don't think so though)) --The Holy Dragons 20:58, 16 October 2011 (UTC)
- Obviously the vampiric minion skin was the best. /endsarcasm. Honestly, the three non-Flesh Golem skins which were actually unique unto themselves were the better ones - fiend, shambling, and jagged. Shame the devs were lazy with minions and vampiric. :/ But honestly, none of them were so cool, so epic, and just outright so freaking awesome that they should be included in GW2. I'd take new skins (and with each minion being different please!) than the old ones tbh, just for variety. I won't complain if those three return (especially fiend and jagged), but it's not something to cry about (not saying you were Gerroh, I'm speaking in general). However, I still hold that the new fiend is better than all gw1 minions. Undead devourer ftw. Konig/talk 00:15, 17 October 2011 (UTC)
- I'd theoretize that some GW1 minions shared the base bone horror model because they behaved much in the same way in combat (though one should never go Death Nova bomb with Vampiric Horrors). Bone Fiend and Shamblng/Jagged had rather unique "passive" combat traits which weren't dependant on the master. However, in GW2 seemingly all minions have different roles, and as such they can be expected to have new skins and models for identification. :) Mediggo 06:49, 17 October 2011 (UTC)

- Err... I have to disagree with "I'd take new skins (and with each minion being different please!) than the old ones tbh, just for variety."
- My main will be a Necromancer. If I'm disappointed with the appearance of minions - which I am - then I don't want to be stuck with them for years. Perhaps there'll be a way of changing their appearance (PvE only?).
- I also have to say, I prefer the old fiend skin.
- Quality > Novelty
- One is eternal, the other lasts a week. A F K When Needed 08:29, 17 October 2011 (UTC)
- That's actually a funtastic idea, the ability to change minion's appearance. The issue it may present with balance(Enemy being able to identify minions from a distance) could be solved by just having YOU see minions as what you decide, almost like Texmod, but deeper, going into the model itself. Doubt they'll do it, though.--Gerroh 23:50, 17 October 2011 (UTC)
- I'm sure there's a simple way around any issues, if they embrace the concept.
- Minor Trait: Bone Horror - Your Bone Fiend now resembles Jormag instead of a Devourer. (Disabled in PvP zones)
- I'd prefer it being universal instead of a "just for you" quirk, but anything's better than nothing at the end of the day. A F K When Needed 03:31, 18 October 2011 (UTC)

Templates and categories.. Again...[edit]
{{Male}} & {{Female}} , do we need them? yes/no? what do you guys think?
- I don't bother creating them if we agree upon having these. P.S. History shows that these are actually usefull. --The Holy Dragons 17:31, 2 November 2011 (UTC)
- Some people may want them for their user-space. Hope you don't mind, but I switched the direct linking to a template that removes the link if there's no page. Konig/talk 18:50, 2 November 2011 (UTC)
- this is good too. I kept the links for a quick creation once we agreed upon them, but they're useless anyhow so thanks for changing and replying Konig. --The Holy Dragons 18:52, 2 November 2011 (UTC)
- Do we need them? Not really. Does it harm anything to have them? Not really. So go ahead if you want to. -- Cyan 18:55, 2 November 2011 (UTC)
- I'll wait some time (not too much) to give people a chance to give their opinions, thank you Cyan. --The Holy Dragons 18:58, 2 November 2011 (UTC)
- Why I suggest to keep it is because we may need to categorize NPC in such way. And maybe there should be a gender unclear template. Glastium | talk 19:50, 2 November 2011 (UTC)
- I fail to see why categorizing NPCs as male or female would be of any benefit to the wiki (just more unnecessary work). From my perspective, such templates are purely for userpage use. Konig/talk 20:17, 2 November 2011 (UTC)
- yea let's NOT use these templates on NPC pages as that's only more work.. (and you should be able to tell male/female by name/looks/description anyway.) --The Holy Dragons 20:18, 2 November 2011 (UTC)

Love to Sign as Friend[edit]
Hey Holy, I'd love to sign as a friend but I dont know how to sign within the block so that I don't mess up the page. I'm not really good with wikitext as you can see on my page. GW2 Pre fase[edit]
And so it begins, today pre ordering the entertainment in my life for the next years to come. Next three months preperation are needed to survive the launch. So what are your ideas in this stage of the game for beta weekends and more important launch and set up guild(s)? Cheers to all on this historical day. Master Xru 05:30, 10 April 2012 (UTC)
Thank you ![edit]
Thank you for your short guide, it is very useful and I'm sure it will serve perfectly as a reminder from time to time.
I do have another question though, if you create a new page but you lack some information or a picture for example, should I add some information that people know the page still needs updating or is it best to leave it blank ?
Kind Regards, Bullshizle
- Using the template {{stub}} at the top of the article will tag it as incomplete, including a request to expand it. - Infinite - talk 14:00, 16 April 2012 (UTC)
- (Edit conflict) no problem at all Bullshizle! (one small piece of advice, move your signature picture to [[file:User_Bullshizle_B.png|19px]] and keep in mind that it doesn't break the sentences on the wiki (large signatures do, that's why that dragon of mine has a px (pixels) of 19 (which is the maximum)
- but ok, your question!
- for pages that need more information (that you can't find, or that doesn't exist yet) we've got a template called Stub, used by typing: {{Template:Stub}} --The Holy Dragons 14:01, 16 April 2012 (UTC)
- Also remember to edit your signature in your preferences after the move. :) - Infinite - talk 14:08, 16 April 2012 (UTC)
- I uploaded a new signature which is 19/19px, I don't know all the guidelines but I'm grateful for all your support, it makes me feel welcome and I'll try to learn from my mistakes. A whole lot to remember at once but I'm sure I'll manage. Kind Regards, Bullshizle

Question[edit]
If I take a look at the "Recent Changes" page I find a lot of green numbers that have this format: (+356), could you explain what these numbers mean ? Kind Regards, Bullshizle

Page Editing[edit]
If I think a page does not look appealing to read, am I allowed to change the lay-out of that page to make reading easier ? What if people think my update is not good, is there previous lay-out lost then.. ? Kind Regards, Bullshizle
- Whenever you think you're able to improve the lay-out of a page, you're allowed to change it. if other users disagree they're allowed to tell so on the page's talk/discussion page. Also previous lay-outs are never lost, the wiki documents all pages' history. --The Holy Dragons 12:42, 17 April 2012 (UTC)
- Thank you for your quick reply, I have changed several pages but I didn't submit them yet because I was waiting for an answer. Good to know that pages don't get lost ! Makes me feel more comfortable changing bits and pieces.. Kind Regards, Bullshizle
- No problem at all Bull. --The Holy Dragons 12:57, 17 April 2012 (UTC)

World page[edit]
Since you are the person that helped me at the very beginning of my Wiki expierence maybe I can ask your opinion about this, the user who created the "World" page has no talk page and you know your way better around Wiki than I do, the "World" page contains a list of servers but these links bring you to the Guild Wars Wiki pages, do you think it's appropriate to unlink the whole list ? Kind Regards, Bullshizle
- I checked the page myself just now, and the only link I found was gw1:Anvil Rock. Which I've removed because the server Anvil Rock isn't the same as the Guild Wars 1 Explorable Area with the same name.
(and thus as you suggested it would've been best to remove the link, next time please don't be afraid to change it yourself! :) it's a wiki, we're always able to revert it if it's gone wrong.)--The Holy Dragons 13:55, 25 April 2012 (UTC)
beta weekend[edit]
So you're going to be looking into skills, right? I'm going to be looking for all the minor stuff for elementalists that have been left alone (like the effects of the arcane traits on skills that are very vague as to what they do, like the dodge that creates a skill effect based on attunement). But I also remembered skill tiers, which I believe still exists. If you're going to be looking into skills, see if you can't record how they change over time (ie level), and when. I have a template ready to be used if we can find if/how they change, and at what level determines the tiers. I don't know if it's like 1-9, 10-19, all the way up to 80 being the last tier, or if it's 1-10, 11-20, ending with 71-80 (we were told a tier = every 10 levels). Just saying cos if possible, that would be another great add-on to skill infos. =)
BTW, here it is awhile. See how it would/could be used to record changes? Of course it can be modified if it really needs to be, if you/i/we find stuff that just doesn't fit in that form. It's also only set to 5 lines right now, but that can be increased if skills use more - that won't be an issue for updating cos it only shows what all is used anyways. ~~ Kiomadoushi 00:17, 26 April 2012 (UTC)

- I think I could spare some time to do that for you Konig, or I could at least try and help. I bet you'll be able to find my mail through the Wiki mailing system. --The Holy Dragons 20:42, 26 April 2012 (UTC)
- Day 1 of beta (for me) ends with 2,313 screenshots - all four cities fully explored and every named NPC I could find talked to (with dialogue options saved), sans a couple speed boost NPCs and "Runner" npcs (which I shall cover tomorrow), as well as mapping all of Queensdale (sans 1 PoI I just cannot find) and talking to a bunch there... Tomorrow's task: runners, Plains of Ashford, Wayfarer Foothills, and Kessex Hills. And on Sunday, Snowden Drifts and Diessa Plataue (and if I have time, WvWvW areas). I wonder how many screenies I'll end up with. Konig/talk 09:43, 28 April 2012 (UTC)
