Just sayin.[edit]

Xin nian kuai le. (I now retreat back to my own terrible english.) Redshift 02:21, 23 January 2012 (UTC)

Thank you! I didn't expect anything like this. :D User:Glastium Glastium | talk 02:37, 23 January 2012 (UTC)

Skill types[edit]

Where are you getting the names of these and are they really skill types? --JonTheMon 18:22, 21 February 2012 (UTC)

According to skill videos from Curse network. (e.g. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HbhEol-Ce44). User:Glastium Glastium | talk 18:23, 21 February 2012 (UTC)
But where are you getting the types from? Just because it has "intervention" in the title doesn't mean that's a skill type, for example. --JonTheMon 18:26, 21 February 2012 (UTC)
The gold prefix of each skill description is its skill types. It is obvious since the known skill types are shown like this (in gold, prefixed in description), like well, minions, conjures, etc. User:Glastium Glastium | talk 18:28, 21 February 2012 (UTC)
Hmm, so it is. if it's not stated somewhere else, it might be useful to point that out on either the talk page or as a reference on the article itself. --JonTheMon 18:32, 21 February 2012 (UTC)
Sure I should have done that. But I thought everyone watched those videos! :P User:Glastium Glastium | talk 18:33, 21 February 2012 (UTC)
I only watched the one for my favourite profession (Necro). I literally skipped the first two thirds of the video. User A F K When Needed Signature Icon.png A F K When Needed 18:34, 21 February 2012 (UTC)
I didn't bother to watch the ranger one as well. Until I started recategorizing skill types. User:Glastium Glastium | talk 18:37, 21 February 2012 (UTC)

Sup?[edit]

Hey, nice to see you back for a time being, I have been kinda semi-inactive myself... I can see you've been checking in here every now and often, but figured I'd say hi. So is your comment, on your user page, implicating that you're playing or have played Mass Effect 3? Mediggo 23:59, 26 March 2012 (UTC)

Hi, good to see you back as well! Yeah I don't quite have the time now compared to the more relaxing last year, but still I do take some time to check back here now and then (semi-active or semi-inactive, your call). And you're right I did play ME3 and beat it a week ago. Anything specific you wanna share? :) Glastium talk 00:06, 27 March 2012 (UTC)
Did you like the game? A couple of my friends, some of who are hardcore Mass Effect fans and some who are not, have had quite a critical attitude towards the game (talking about PC version). I'm just curious, but I don't really fancy scifi games myself, and I've a personal dislike of EA and, in part, BioWare. But yeah, I was just wondering if you liked it, since I don't wholeheartedly trust the reviews of today's gaming media. :P Mediggo 01:04, 27 March 2012 (UTC)
Honestly, in my opinions, I'd say ME3 maintains what makes Mass Effect series interesting, like those active combats, choices you can make to change the story, beautiful and varied environments, etc. But there's lack of levels of creativity. It's more like an expansion to ME2, with upgraded graphics and combat system. Also, the story is kinda meh, not typically the ending (which many people are furious about, lol), but mainly because there's no much clues and full of weird twists and whatsoever, making the whole story less logical. Despite these defects, it still worths your time playing (and your money buying it :O). It's not great, but it's not that bad either, especially if you're a fan of ME franchise, you don't want to miss the last piece of the trilogy. But if you're not into the franchise at all, surely ME3 can be skipped, as it's not as good as ME2 in most aspects. Glastium talk 06:15, 27 March 2012 (UTC)
And yeah, I totally agree that nowadays game media can't be trusted. :D Glastium talk 06:18, 27 March 2012 (UTC)
Thanks for sharing your thoughts on the game. My friends have been pledging me to play at least the first game, but I'm not sure if I can find the time with all other games and, most of all, Guild Wars 2 right around the corner. Mediggo 09:11, 20 April 2012 (UTC)

About templates: I noticed your character template does not handle a total of eight character pages very well (see this revision of the merge of my characters), though it seems to be intended to support up to eight characters as per your documentation. Am I doing something wrong there? I really hope you're not dropping your support on these quite yet. ^^ In case you're still thinking of expanding the project, I'd suggest of creating a default page for multi-merge and multi-select templates. I think it would be cool to either tell a bit about your playstyle or characters in general. While I'm not exactly a hardcore roleplayer, among my characters there exists certain relationships such as family relations or rivalry, and it would be pretty awesome if it was possible to include a brief history or collective biography of them.
Oh, and finally, are you going to participate in the upcoming beta weekend event? ;) Mediggo 09:11, 20 April 2012 (UTC)

Sorry for this late response, Mediggo. Yes I will attend the next BWE, but since I got a big project due this Sunday, so I'm afraid I won't be able to play long, probably for like 2-3hrs or so. Regarding to the character template issue, I'll look into it as soon as possible. Glastium talk 05:48, 27 April 2012 (UTC)
If you're to extend the template by yourself in a large scale, feel free to copy all codes to your pages. I welcome all variations (especially when I'm not able to maintain this for now) Also, happy betaing! :DGlastium talk 05:52, 27 April 2012 (UTC)

Curiousity killed the charr[edit]

Hey Glastium, I was wondering if you still had the intention to join Dirge Warband. I know it's been over a year ago since I formed it, but I only just today had it restored to my account. Either way, I hope to see you in-game. :) - Infinite - talk 11:59, 28 August 2012 (UTC)

Of course I still want to join in! :) I had a busy month passed by and barely had time to play the game (or the wiki). Sorry for this delayed response. Glastium talk 06:48, 24 September 2012 (UTC)
