April 15, 2014 Rune rework update:
  1. Unchanged.
  2. Reduced Fury duration bonus from 15 to 10.
  3. Unchanged.
  4. Increased chance from 5% to 25%. Reduced duration from 30 to 15 seconds. Decreased recharge from 60 to 30 seconds.
  5. Increased Power bonus from 90 to 100.
  6. Added 20% Fury duration. Increased chance of summing the bomb from 5 to 50%. Increased cooldown from 10 to 15 seconds.
