Strugar is a norn from Snowlord's Gate, and a participant in the Queen's Gauntlet. He had evolved an almost-symbiotic relationship with Chomper, and would try to lead opponents into its jaws.[1][2]

Delicious Meat - A taste of delicious meat fills you with power. Beware—too much will cause a meat coma.
Immobilize Immunity — Immune to immobilizing effects.

Chop - Basic attack with an axe. -
Delicious Meat - Throws a Hunk of Meat in a given direction. -
Savage Leap - Leaps at the player and inflicts 
Crippled. -
Scorpion Wire - Throw a scorpion wire and 
Pull your foe to you. -
Throw Axe - Throws an axe towards the player, dealing moderate damage.
- Only while wielding Caladhog:

Fireball - Casts a fireball that explodes on impact. -
Whirlwind Attack - Whirls to the player's direction, dealing damage.
