Shadows Handler
The Shadows Handlers are Order of Shadows agents who appear in several areas in The Desolation to collect intel reports and deliver field orders. They sell some unique items for Order of Shadows Seals, which can be acquired by participating in the associated events.

What do you do with the dead drops?
- The Chantry of Shadows needs intelligence on our enemies and their movement. We have more agents in the fields than you know, and they drop their reports at Shadow dead drop locations.

- Our watchers use code names to discretely pass new orders to all our agents in the field. By decentralizing our intake of intel and distribution of orders, we assure a level of secure messaging.

- You must be new to the area. We Shadows have kept the Order of Whispers original credo, to watch the Realm of Torment and protect Elona. Few in numbers, we are masters of stealth and subterfuge.
