Scholar Riagan

Scholar Riagan is a member of the Durmand Priory found in Whisperwill Bogs, alongside Explorer Nyxx and Arcanist Carew. He believes a certain ritual will help with the Risen issue, and after successfully escorting him to the site and saving him from the Orrian Terror, he will become a merchant for a short period of time.
