What do you mean by that?

I've heard that after the tower fell, the surviving toxic krait fled through portals, taking their obelisk shards with them. Spirits only what they're doing with them now.

That is unfortunate.

What do the shards mean to the krait?

We know the rare and immensely powerful objects are sacred to the krait, but we can only speculate about their purpose.

I'm gathering information for Marjory Delaqua about the krait's involvement with this toxic situation we find ourselves in.

What have you learned so far?

The krait are notorious xenophobes. We searched for the motive behind this inconceivable alliance and strongly suspect that Scarlet offered the krait shards of an obelisk in exchange for their participation.

Why are obelisk shards important?

We know that the obelisks are reportedly the krait's most sacred and powerful objects. They've seldom been seen by outsiders, but we need to learn more about their magical important in a hurry.

How can I help?

I have a device that transcribes the magical signatures of powerful artifacts. Take on into the field and help us discover why the krait revere these objects.

Search for them in and around krait deeps. Our fellow scholars report krait also appear transporting them on their person, throughout Tyrian waters.

Bloodstone shards?

According to human records, the Seers used a rare stone, called the Bloodstone, to store concentration of magic. This was millennia ago. The obelisks aren't made of bloodstone, but the similarities make us wary.
