Pastkeepers serves as something of a priest to the quaggan's goddess, Mellaggan. If players aid him in an event that takes place at the Melaggan shrine, he will offer merchant services, selling a potion that promptly turns the user into a jellyfish.

What is this place?

This is a holy site to honor quaggan's goddess, Mellaggan. She was killed long ago. This brought much sorrow to the quaggans, but quaggans carry on.

Perhaps your goddess isn't dead...only lost, like the human gods.

Your words are kind, but she is dead. She was murdered by krait. Quaggans have much joy for the humans that their gods still live, but quaggans' is lost.
