Liriodendron is a Druid found near the Peace Grounds point of interest within Savage Rise, surrounded by neutral local wildlife.

To reach her, head due south from the Heathen's Hold Waypoint, drop down over the cliff-edge, wait for a few seconds whilst falling, then turn and glide slightly north-east. If you haven't visited the point of interest before, it will be unfogged after discovering the waypoint, giving you something to aim at whilst gliding.
