Living World Season 4[edit]
- Episode 2: A Bug in the System
Dialogue[edit]
- Before completing The Charge
- No one knows what to say to me since I lost my mother to those little creeps. I just want her back so she can teach me all those things she knew how to do.
- I'm sure your community just wants you to stay safe for now.
- Before giving her a Simple Olmakhan Bandolier
- No one knows what to say to me since I lost my mother to those little creeps. I just want her back so she can teach me all those things she knew how to do.
- If I knew how to do it, I'd arm myself and defend our people like my mother did. I wish I was strong like her.
- Simple Olmakhan Bandolier in inventory)
- Really? The others would probably say this isn't for cubs... They seem to want to hide me away, like some delicate tiare blossom.
- "We Carry Her Loss Together")
- Thank you so much! I just wish my mother could see me with this.
- Your whole village sees you, and they care about you.
Well, I want you to keep it. (gives
Try this bandolier on. See how strong you are. (with - I'm sure she wouldn't want you to rush into battle just yet.
You've had to grow up too soon, thanks to the Inquest.
- I'm sure your community just wants you to stay safe for now.
- After giving her a Simple Olmakhan Bandolier
- No one knows what to say to me since I lost my mother to those little creeps. I just want her back so she can teach me all those things she knew how to do.
- She might have, if the Inquest hadn't taken her from me. There's so much I never got to ask her, so much I never learned...
- Yeah, everyone liked my mother. We used to sing the old songs with our lorekeeper. We watched the races with Marlen. Even Ewyn, who left our village, was always nice to me when we brought him food...
- I'm glad you have those memories of good times you spent together.
I'm sure anyone in this vilage would answer your questions.
Did she ever teach you anything about weaving a better bandolier?
- I'm sure your community just wants you to stay safe for now.
- After completing Lasting Bonds: Where We Come From
- If my mother was still here, she'd know how to hand-weave an even better bandolier than the one you gave me... With one like that, I bet you could even take on that crazy djinn Zohaqan!
- Handwoven Olmakhan Bandolier in inventory)
- Oh, look at that. Zohaqan wouldn't stand a chance against me if I was wearing this!
- "The Storm That Consumes All")
- Wow, thanks! You sure you don't want some backup? I heard Zohaqan has all kinds of storm-summoning powers...
- You've got spirit, but I think I'm a better match for a djinn.
You can have it, if you promise to stay here and let me handle that djinn. (gives
Handwoven, like this one? (with - That sounds like something I should look into. Stay here, and stay safe.
- After giving her a Handwoven Olmakhan Bandolier
- If my mother was still here, she'd know how to hand-weave an even better bandolier than the one you gave me... With one like that, I bet you could even take on that crazy djinn Zohaqan!
- Well, they say it was the Inquest that drove him into a rage. I heard they killed someone he loved, and now he's taking that out on everyone.
- That sounds like something I should look into. Stay here, and stay safe.
As if the Inquest weren't enough, now there's a djinn attacking your people?
- That sounds like something I should look into. Stay here, and stay safe.
- After completing Lasting Bonds: What We Do Here
- Wish my mother could see these bandoliers you've given me. I think she'd be impressed.
- Pocketed Olmakhan Bandolier in inventory)
- That new one you've got there does look amazing. It's got pockets and everything!
- "Hope for Tomorrow")
- I can't believe you're letting me have these! Thank you so much.
- You've inspired me, so this is the least I could do.
Here, you can have that one too. I've got an idea for a reinforced version. (gives - Let's see if I can get one like it for you.
They came out pretty well. But I think I can do even better. (with - Olmakhan Bow of Force)
- I've been spending more time with people around our village, like the Lorekeeper. She and I made up a song about my mother–how she fought the Inquest and their scary weapons with just her bow...
- I think you're very brave, Efi. Just like your mother.
What have you been up to here in the village? (after giving her a Pocketed Olmakhan Bandolier, before obtaining the - Aw, poor Zohaqan. I can see why he'd go wild like that, if they killed someone he cared about. I wish I could fry some of those evil creatures with lightning bolts, too.
- "Shadow and Sun") The Inquest have managed to cause a lot of misery on these islands. (gives
What you heard about the djinn wanting revenge on the Inquest was true. (after obtaining Olmakhan Bow of Force)
- I'm impressed with you too, Efi.
- After completing Lasting Bonds: What Comes Next
- It's always going to be tough without my mother, but I'm going to try to help others the way you helped me.
- Stay brave, Efi.
Notes[edit]
- If Efi does not have the dialogue option to accept the Bandolier, try holding the Bandolier with the character that went through the story and/or received it initially.
