Engineering Kit. Arm yourself with an elixir gun that replaces your weapon skills.

Elixir Gun replaces the engineer's standard weapon skills with five different skills balanced between support and damage.

Skills[edit]

1 Tranquilizer Dart.png Tranquilizer Dart 0.75¾ Fire a dart that bleeds and weakens foes.
2 Glob Shot.png Glob Shot 0.75¾ 8 Fire a bouncing glob that cripples foes and grants swiftness to you and your allies.
3 Fumigate.png Fumigate 20.25¼ 12 Spray a cone of elixir fumes, inflicting poison and vulnerability to foes and curing conditions on allies with every strike.
4 Acid Bomb.png Acid Bomb 0.25¼ 12 Elixir. Leap backward, spraying an acidic elixir on the ground that damages nearby foes.
5 Super Elixir.png Super Elixir 0.5½ 16 Elixir. Shoot an elixir orb, healing allies when it bursts and creating an area of continual healing.

  • Elixir Gun—Fumigate: Fixed a bug that caused this skill to cleanse conditions from allies at a range of 600 while attacking at a range of 450. It will now attack enemies and cleanse allies at a range of 600. Cleaned up the visual effect to better line up with the increased attack range.

  • Elixir Gun—Glob Shot: The velocity of this skill has been increased by 70%.
August 08, 2017 Path of Fire pre-patch:
  • Weapon Kits and Device Kits are now referred to as Engineering kits to reflect that their classifications are functionally the same.
June 23, 2015 Specialization update:
  • All kit backpacks were removed and replaced with a weapon that your character holds to distinguish the kit you are currently using.
December 14, 2012
  • Engineer kits now inherit the bonuses from currently equipped weapon sigils.
November 15, 2012
  • Bomb Kit / Med Kit / Tool Kit / Elixir Gun: These skills can now be equipped in the air.
  • All kits can be stowed in the air now.
September 14, 2012
  • Disabled the "stowing" auto-attack to prevent players from getting stuck holding these kits: Bomb Kit, Elixir Gun, Flamethrower, Grenade Kit, Med Kit, and Tool Kit.
