Veteran Unchained Kingpins are strong Risen who have survived the fall of Zhaitan and are, like other unchained Risen, no longer enslaved to Zhaitan's will. They are more intelligent than most Risen and are capable of controlling and increasing the intelligence of nearby Risen.
