Defeat the unchained kingpin

Defeat the unchained kingpin is an event that occurs in Siren's Landing that can only be started once per account. After a player has completed the Risen Research achievement, there will be an option to confront the Veteran Unchained Kingpin at the Overgrown Gazebo and start the event.

One Path Ends: The Withered Rose — Bring the journal back to Dahlia. (2)
- After defeating the Kingpin, search the bushes northeast of Overgrown Gazebo to find a tattered journal on the ground. Take it, then return to Dahlia. Note that she won't take the journal unless you have also completed Risen Research.
