You'd be better off turning back, if you're headed north. The dragon Branded everything that way, and pushed us even further from our homeland.

Did you come from the Blazeridge Mountains?

Yes. We were driven from our kraals there, when the Elder Crystal Dragon woke and Branded Chief Kronon and his army in Ascalon. Kralkatorrik stirred again recently and forced us even further south.

Kronon... Why does that name sound familiar?

Chief Kronon's army was marching on Ebonhawke when they were Branded. Queen Jennah tricked them with an illusion of their master that they followed south, abandoning their attack.

Since he was Branded, is it possible Kronon is still at large?

Maybe so. Some hope to find him and end his torment. We destroy the Branded whenever we can, but they seem endless. Kralkatorrik has brought us years of hardship in this miserable desert.
