Undersea Ice Wurms are a type of wurm found in underwater areas of the Shiverpeak Mountains and the northernmost parts of Ascalon.

- Bite — Bites at the ground, damaging anything in front of it. This skill is performed even if no targets are within range to be hit by it.
- Frost Spit — Spits out a chunk of ice that explodes in impact, inflicting
Chilled (3s) on anything nearby.
