May 20, 2014	Fixed a bug on the 6-piece bonus that caused the burning effect to go through blocks and evades.
April 15, 2014	Rune rework update: Changed from power to condition damage. Reduced burning duration bonus from 15 to 10%. Changed from power to condition damage. Added +15% burning duration, specified haste to quickness. Changed from power to condition damage. Added +20% burning duration.
October 01, 2013	This now applies the listed cooldown (10 seconds). This has been updated to properly give its six-piece bonus.
December 03, 2012	This rune now properly applies quickness when the player is struck and below 20% health.
