May 11, 2021	Text on many damage-increasing profession traits, runes, and sigils has been clarified to indicate whether they increase outgoing strike damage, condition damage, or all damage, as appropriate.
August 28, 2018	Fixed a display bug in which this trait showed a 5% damage increase instead of a 10% damage increase.
December 12, 2017	This trait now reduces the recharge time of axe skills in addition to focus skills.
June 23, 2015	Specialization update: Updated this trait to reflect the introduction of the specialization mechanic. No longer increases range of focus skills. Added: Increases damage to foes with no boons by 5%.
June 11, 2013	This trait now works with Reaper's Touch in PvE.
