The Red World Citadel is the main spawning point of the Red team in the Red Desert Borderlands. It cannot be overrun by the opposing teams due to the number of powerful NPCs, giving the red team a final place to fall back if they lose everything else. It has the standard NPCs available to the other team's citadels in their own borderlands.

- Recruit (Female asura): Hey, how did you get that kind of power?
- Legendary Defender (Female norn): Been here awhile. This place changes you...
- Recruit (Female asura): That's eerie.
- Legendary Defender (Female norn): You only get stronger. Stick around-you'll see.
- Recruit (Female asura) So now what?
