The Raptor Taxi is a raptor that you can hire for free to take you to various places around Seitung Province or New Kaineng City. Speak to the Raptor Shepherd [Raptor Taxi] to use it.

Locations[edit]

The locations listed below cover both (a) where you can get on the taxi and (b) where it can take you.

#	Skill	Description
1	Stop	Have the raptor taxi stop.
2	Walk	Have the raptor taxi walk.
3	Jog	Have the raptor taxi jog.
4	Run	Have the raptor taxi run.
5	Grab Reins	Grab the reins and take control of the mount. Once done, it will no longer follow a path.

The raptor's speed in units/second (u/s):
- Walk: 240
- Jog: 400
- Run: 800
The Raptor Taxis use the Canthan Raptor Skin, with the dyes:
Grab Reins makes characters simply switch the raptor taxi to their own self-controlled mount and apply Canthan Raptor Skin, with player-defined dyes.
While riding, certain inventory management functions are disabled, such as salvaging or using consumables.

The raptor has no idle animation. Issuing a Stop command causes the raptor to freeze in place in a motionless statue-like form.
When riding some routes, the camera view may fall under the terrain textures.
In some instances the raptor circles in a loop before returning to the intended path.
